The WHO has just declared the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) a pandemic and UMBC has just announced that students are required to leave campus on March 14. The Retriever requested the Pandemic Plan to increase accessibility for students. After submitting the Freedom of Information Act request, we received the Pandemic Plan on March 11.
